Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Cancelling appointments within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made after this period will be considered a same day cancellation and will be charged for the full amount of service. Rescheduling appointments can be made within 48 hours without loosing your deposit. Anything after that period you will have to pay a new deposit.
